As Business Development and Operations Coordinator, Keltie keeps Wolf Counselling Therapy’s day-to-day operations running smoothly while building the capacity that allows the clinical team to focus on clients’ therapeutic experiences.

 

Her work is supported by a multidisciplinary education: she earned a Professional Master of Applied Health Services Research through the Atlantic Regional Training Centre at Saint Mary’s University in 2023, a Certificate in Big Data Analytics from York University’s School of Continuing Studies in 2025, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics and a major in Finance from Saint Mary’s University in 2015.

 

Keltie also spent more than a decade working with interdisciplinary teams to support and advocate for young people facing barriers to education. This experience gave her a practical understanding of how mental-health care can help people address barriers and pursue their personal, educational, and professional goals.
