Wolf Counselling Therapy aims to promote the mental health and well-being of our clients through collaborative and intentional therapeutic conversations. Since 2018, we have been committed to fostering a supportive, personalized, and inclusive therapy experience that honours and respects each client we serve. We provide counselling therapy services to people of all genders (ages 14+) with a specific focus on supporting men and boys (trans-inclusive) through our understanding of the unique challenges and pressures men and boys often face.

We take an integrative approach to our therapeutic work by incorporating a focused range of therapeutic modalities to best fit our clients' needs. These modalities include Narrative Therapy, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Nature-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices.
